The Mediterranean and MIND diets are two popular eating patterns that are associated with numerous health benefits. The Mediterranean diet is inspired by the traditional eating habits of people living in countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea, and emphasizes whole, minimally processed foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts and fish.
